The Booster Club Mission
    The Wimberley Texan Athletic Booster Association (WTABA) is a charitable organization
    made up of concerned parents and fans of Texan Athletics. Through periodic fund raisers
    we are able to assist the needs of all sports programs at Wimberley High School.

    Anyone can join and participate in the Booster Club activities.

Announcements
    Come join us at the Booster Club meetings every second Monday of the month. Everyone
    is Welcome! Booster Club meetings will be held at the high school cafeteria on the 2nd
    Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.

    The WTABA meeting set for Monday, March 8 has been cancelled and will not be made up.
    The next meeting will be the second Monday in April.
Lady Texans Basketball Playoffs
Texans Swimmer Competes at State Meet
    Kyle Owens participated in the State Swim Meet on Saturday, February 27. Kyle placed 7th
    in the 100 yd breast stroke and 12th in the 200 yd individual medley. It is important to note
    that Kyle swam in the 4A division at this meet. The top 16 swimmers in the state are
    entered in each category.

    Kyle is to be commended on this great accomplishment and an outstanding season.
    The Lady Texans lost to the Giddings Lady Buffaloes in the Regional Finals game, in triple
    over time, by a score of 82-70 on Saturday, February 27. The hard fought loss brought a
    fantastic season to an end.  The Lady Texans are to be commended for winning the 30-3A
    District Championship and for a great playoff run.

    The Lady Texans advanced to the Regional Finals game by virtue of their 61-48 Regional
    Semi-finals victory over Stafford on Friday, February 26.

    The program and the community bids a fond farewell to Seniors Eryn Barroso, Erika Flippo,
    Audi Keith, and Quinn Watson. It has been a pleasure to watch them play.
